Call me brave or call me bonkers, but I have committed to plunge into frigid water to show my support for the over 30,000 Special Olympics athletes in Kentucky and Ohio. Your donation will not only force me into the icy cold water but will also help support Special Olympics in their efforts to provide year-round sports training and competition opportunities to children and adults with intellectual disabilities.  

Special Olympics is the best organization I have ever been a part of.  It provides a great atmosphere for the athletes to grow as individuals, learn from teammates and teach all of the coaches about always finding the fun in life, and not worrying about the small things.  Just go out there, try your hardest, get back up and make great friends.
