I have committed to the Louisville Polar plunge to show my support for over 13,000 athletes with intellectual disablities in Kentucky. The Special Olympics is something that means a lot to me and I am proud to support. I am a very active athlete and I believe that everyone should have the opportunity to participate in sports.

Through sports, Special Olympics athletes build confidence and self-esteem, and develop skills they can take off the field and into their everyday lives.  Special Olympics athletes are 50% more likely to be employed than people with intellectual disabilities who don't participate in these life-changing programs.
