Our team is braving the cold and getting Freezin’ for a Reason to support more than 11,000 Special Olympics athletes across Kentucky—including the incredible Discovery Team at Johnson Middle School!

The Discovery Team consists of students with moderate to severe disabilities, and this year marks Johnson’s very first time participating in Special Olympics and Unified Sports. This opportunity opens the door for our students to experience teamwork, inclusion, and the joy of competition in a meaningful way.

Every donation helps fund year-round sports training and competitions for children and adults with intellectual disabilities. Through sports, athletes build confidence, self-esteem, and lifelong skills—both on and off the field.

✨ Every $25 raised provides one athlete with a season of athletic competition. ✨

In addition, a portion of all donations will go directly to Johnson Middle School’s Special Olympics fund, helping cover the cost of uniforms, equipment, and other essential materials for our athletes.
