I have committed to the Louisville Polar plunge to show my support for over 13,000 athletes with intellectual disablities in Kentucky. 


Special Olympics is important to me because my older brother, Bennett, participates in the Special Olympics. It means a lot for him to be able to play basketball with his friends in a competitive way. I love watching his whole team. 

Through sports, Special Olympics athletes build confidence and self-esteem, and develop skills they can take off the field and into their everyday lives.  Special Olympics athletes are 50% more likely to be employed than people with intellectual disabilities who don't participate in these life-changing programs.
