2023 POLAR PLUNGE & 5K DAY!
Kentucky Dam Village State Resort Park Conference Center
Walk Up Registration for 5K closes at 8:45 AM. All Runners should be checked in no later than 9:00AM.
8:00 am: Check-in Opens
Check in is intended for team CAPTAINS ONLY and those registered as individual participants. Due to social distancing requirements and mandatory adherence to current restrictions, check in will be scheduled by appointment for team captains only. Contact Jennifer: jmcmahon@soky.org with questions.
Plans for Opening Ceremonies and Awards presentations, as well as costume contest are under review.
9:30am: 5K Begins behind the Village Inn Lodge (Participants will be staged according to estimated finish time, with all walkers and people with strollers following). Please submit your estimated finish time when registering.
10:30am: Check In Closes
10:45am: Opening Ceremonies & Awards Presentation (including costume contest!!!) in Conference Center
Polar Plunge begins immediately after Opening Ceremonies behind the Village Inn Lodge
(must be on site by 11:30 am to participate in the Polar Plunge)
