Thursday, February 20th

9:00am - 7:00pm Early Check-In 

If you have met (and hopefully exceeded – wink) the minimum, you can pick up your prizes and wristbands early!

Check in is intended for team CAPTAINS ONLY and those registered as individual participants. Check in will be scheduled by appointment for team captains and individual participants ONLY. 

Saturday, February 22nd

MAIN EVENT - 12500 Sycamore Station Pl, Louisville, KY 40299

9 AM On-Site Check-In Opens

Check in is intended for team CAPTAINS ONLY and those registered as individual participants. Check in will be scheduled by appointment for team captains and individual participants ONLY. 

10 AM Check-In Closed / Opening Ceremonies / Costume Contest

Polar Plunge Begins directly following opening ceremonies.

• Women and Men will have designated changing tents.
• Spectators are encouraged! Everyone can check out the photo booth and Fun Zone and enjoy the event together.
