Can't Make It? Take the Personal Plunge!

Can’t be there, but still want to support Special Olympics Kentucky? No problem. The Personal Polar Plunge allows participation from your own backyard or bathroom! The Personal Polar Plunge option, you sign-up online, raise money for Special Olympics, and then take the Plunge your own way! An ice bath in the tub, a cold dip in a kiddie pool, a spray down with a cold-water hose… or, just sit back and raise money without the chill! If you’re taking the Personal Polar Plunge, we encourage you to share a pic/video of your Plunge via the #ChillofaLifetime hashtag and tag @kypolarplunge. Be sure to post your Personal Polar Plunge pic/video by February 6. Check out this great how-to video!
